Shipping costs for international orders vary and will be calculated at the time of checkout.
All orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day of purchase and are shipped first class with USPS. Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders take a little longer and usually take 7-21 business days to arrive
Once your order ships, you will receive another email with your order’s tracking information. This tracking information will provide you detailed information on your order's delivery status.
If you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of receiving your product, we'll happily help you with a return or exchange. In order to qualify for a return or an exchange, your order has to be in a new and unused condition.

Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Mason
International Returns and Exchanges
Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Mason.
Returns are usually processed at the end of each week.
If you're order has not yet shipped, and you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to help@masoncases.com with the word "cancel" as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to cancellation requests during the business hours of M-F 9am-5pm. We are not able to cancel or change any part of an order once it has shipped from our warehouse.
Please double check all information before confirming your order. Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel or edit the order information, even if the status still states "Unfulfilled" or "Pending Fulfillment".

After an order has been placed, you will not be able to edit your order.
If you have placed an order for an item of the incorrect size or color, please email help@masoncases.com with the details for the correct item(s). Please include "update" and your order number in the subject line of your email. Our team may be able to help update your order.
Orders tend to ship the same day so once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to update your order before it ships. Please double check all information before confirming your order.
Once shipped, it is impossible for us to change anything about your order or cancel your order. Thank you for understanding.
