The case is the best, it’s very similar to the folio cases Mont Blanc use to sell. As far as the company’s customer service, it’s non existent and I’m just glad my case finally showed up. I got an email saying a shipping label had been created but that’s it. It didn’t actually ship for weeks. I emailed several times with zero response. I was actually about to contact Wells Fargo and report the transaction as fraud as their complete lack of communication left me to believe they went out of business. Well it did arrive and if you’re ok feeling like you’ve tossed $150 into a black hole for a few weeks I highly recommend! The case really is great, especially the zero exterior branding on it.
